Global Mirex was created in 2012 for the love of all things Made in Italy.
About Us
The Italian cuisine as part of the Mediterranean diet has been declared part of the UNESCO world heritage on November 16th, 2010. This is a clear recognition of its qualities, including knowledge, expertise, traditions, symbols and rituals, from the producers to the end result of their work – Italian culinary products.
Miruna Gheordunescu and Răzvan Costache are the two entrepreneurs who strongly believed in the potential of this field and thus created Global Mirex. At the moment they coordinate the company’s activity in Romania and Italy.
The Global Mirex team is completed with enthusiastic, dedicated and savvy professionals, offering premium products and specialized advice.
At Global Mirex we develop innovative concepts for products and services, supporting businesses in the Ho.Re.Ca field, either for single locations, restaurant chains or coffee shops.
We work only at the highest standards and base our activities on a well established structure:
- a warehouse for freeze products
- a warehouse for ambient products
- a warehouse for equipment and expendables: display and freezing cases, gelato carts, coffee machines, grinders, chocolate machines, hot beverages machines and other specialized equipment
- a workshop dedicated to maintenance and repair works, endowed with the newest technologies
